Our Team
Holger has over 25 years of experience in various positions in the Financial Market. He began his career in 1997 at UBS Investment Bank in London, where he worked in areas such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Equity Derivatives. He subsequently shifted his focus to Private Banking at UBS Wealth Management headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland. Throughout his career at UBS, he held various Management positions, such as Head of Investment Consulting for the Americas and Business Development for the Brazilian Wealth Management market (Family Office).
In addition to his experience in the Financial Market, he also has a background in Asset Management, Alternative Investments and Hedge Funds; training entire teams of Private Bankers in sophisticated investment solutions, as well as restructuring UBS's Family Office business in Brazil. Over the last 15 years, he has dedicated himself exclusively to Brazilian Private segment clients, with onshore and offshore resources.
Holger earned a BSc Double-Degree in International Management from the ESB Business School and holds a Postgraduate Degree from the Management School in Lancaster (UK). On an international level, he is a CFA® and CAIA® charterholder, Certified ETF Advisor (CETF®), plus a Full Member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society, the CAIA Association and the ETF Institute. In Brazil, he is certified by the Brazilian Association of Financial Planners (Planejar) as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and licensed as Fund Manager (CGA®) by the Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Market Entities (ANBIMA). Last but not least, he is officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM) to act as a Financial Consultant.
Hilda is Partner and C&O Manager (Compliance & Operations) at Logus Capital, with over 20 years of experience in the Financial Market. She began her career in 1992 at Citibank, worked in Customer Service, Internal Controls and Cash Management. In 2004 she moved to Santander, where she worked for 14 years focusing on Private Banking clients, Operations, and as Customer Service Manager.
While having experience in the development of banking-movement workflows, standardization of customer requests, she was responsible for preparing and training teams with the implementation of internal controls for bank-transfer operations. As a Service Manager, she worked in a Private Banking branch, supporting both the commercial and product areas.
She holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidade Cidade de São Paulo, with a postgraduate degree in Finance and Banking from the Centro Universitário das Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas.
Fernanda has more than 25 years of professional experience in various positions in the areas of investor relations, finance, corporate governance, strategic planning, auditing and the financial market.
She began her career in 1998 at Arthur Andersen, in the auditing area. In 2000, she moved to investor relations and financial planning area, where she worked for more than 20 years as executive in large companies (Brasil Telecom, Gafisa, Boa Vista Serviços/Equifax, Grupo Rodobens) and as a consultant, advising several companies to structure their investor relations programs.
She was a member of the Board of Directors at Alphaville Urbanismo and was responsible for managing Gafisa's investment/participation in Alphaville Urbanismo.
At Luminus Capital, an asset management, she was the partner responsible for fundraising, communication and compliance.
Fernanda holds a degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and an MBA in finance from IBMEC.
Fábio is Partner at Logus Capital, has more than 10 years of experience as Private Banker at Ativore Global Investments, real-estate investment firm specialized in the US markets and international tax consultancy for high-income families.
Recognized expertise in dealing with high and ultra-high-net-worth investors, being the Partner responsible for over 160 client families, with a combined portfolio exceeding R$1.5 billion in tax management and R$850 million in real estate assets.
Fabio has led the implementation of hundreds of international structuring projects (United States, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, among other jurisdictions) and investment acquisitions for individual international investors.
Fábio holds a degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO) and has prior experience in consulting in Elogroup and Yolo Experience.
Juliana is a partner in the operational and client support area at Logus Capital. With over 20 years of experience in the financial market, she has built a solid career at leading national and international institutions.
She began her career in 2003 at HSBC and, from 2007 onwards, consolidated her experience at Santander, working in the Private Banking Back Office, with a focus on operations, controls and strategic support to the Commercial and Products areas.
In 2017, she joined BTG Pactual, joining the Onboarding area. Throughout her work, she led operational processes, ensuring information compliance, adherence to internal flows and compliance with regulatory requirements. She also participated in initiatives aimed at gaining efficiency and continuously improving the area's routines.
She holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and the certifications C-Pro R (ANBIMA) and PQO Client Registration (ANCORD).
Board
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and a Master's degree (strictu senso) in Economics from the same institution. He is CGA certified by Anbima. With 35 years of experience in the financial market, he has held prominent positions at leading institutions such as Bradesco and Santander. At Bradesco, he served as Head of Macroeconomic Analysis and Research, while at Santander he held the position of Chief Economist. Over the past six years, he has been engaged as a consultant at Pezco Economics, concurrently dedicating himself to the Advisory Board of Logus Capital.
Mauricio is Member and chairs the Board Logus Capital.
He holds a degree in Public Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas SP and an extension from INSEAD. He worked at the Central Bank of Brazil as Director of Monetary Policy. Prior to that, he served as CEO of Bradesco Asset Management, Member of the Board of Directors of CETIP and Vice-President of ANBIMA.
He is a member of the Board of NEASF – Center for Financial System Studies at Fundação Getúlio Vargas – RJ. He has served as a consultant on Secondary Market projects for Sovereign and Private Securities at the Inter-American Development Bank – IDB, as well as Executive Director of Treasury at Lloyds Bank PLC.
Reinaldo is Board Member for Market Analysis and Coverage at Logus Capital.
Executive and independent board member with over 35 years of experience in the financial and real estate sectors, with a solid track record in C-level positions in risk management, finance and corporate governance in Brazil and Latin America.
She is currently an independent member of the Audit, Risk and Finance Committee of Cyrela Brazil Realty S.A., a company listed on the Novo Mercado of B3, and of the Audit Committee of Deutsche Bank in Brazil.
She served as an independent board member and coordinator of the audit and risk committee of Maestro Locadora de Veículos S.A. Throughout her career, she has held positions at institutions such as JPMorgan Chase, Standard Bank Group, Banco Inbursa and PwC.
She is a member of IBGC and an associate of IBEF-SP, with a leading role in technical studies in the financial and capital markets.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting sciences from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, an MBA in Corporate Governance with international modules at Yale, Columbia and Nova SBE, and certifications from IBGC and GoNew.
Rosangela is Board Member for Risk at Logus Capital.
Graduada em Economia pela PUC-SP e Mestre em Psicologia Educacional pela mesma instituição, Fátima Teixeira possui certificação em Psicologia do Planejamento Financeiro. Atua há mais de vinte anos na formação e desenvolvimento de planejadores financeiros e líderes do mercado financeiro no Brasil.
Foi Gerente de Educação e Certificação da Planejar – Associação Brasileira de Planejamento Financeiro, coordenando programas de certificação CFP®, educação continuada e parcerias institucionais. É Diretora da Nantes Academy, dedicada à formação de profissionais em crédito e financiamento no setor automotivo, e atua como mentora em desenvolvimento humano e profissional.
Fátima é Membro do Conselho Consultivo da Logus Capital, na competência de Cultura, Ética e Desenvolvimento Profissional, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da governança, da cultura ética e da formação de talentos no mercado financeiro.
